Episode 10
Neven meets Andy McFadden, head chef of the Michelin-starred L�Autre Pied restaurant in London, where he prepares a dish of scallops ceviche. The chef also cooks rump of lamb with pea puree and rosemary jus, and `the Orchard,� a recipe involving apple pannacotta with jelly, glazed apple tart, apple crumble and a parfait.
Episode 11
Neven meets Guillaume Lebrun, head chef of the two Michelin-starred restaurant Patrick Guilbaud in Dublin, where he is preparing lobster ravioli. Back in his own kitchen, Neven makes braised shoulder of lamb with Mediterranean cous cous, and passionfruit and orange jelly with vanilla yoghurt and granita.
